Dream Maps Help

What are Dream Maps?
If you have always wondered where you can go for $300 (or whatever price you choose), Dream Maps is for you! All you have to do is tell us how much you're willing to spend, and we'll show you several options for travel across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
How Do Dream Maps work?
After you have told us how much you want to spend, we will search for fares that are equal to or below that amount. When you click on a fare on the map, the link will go to our best fare finder shopping tool, where you may make a reservation.
I don't see the city I'm interested in. What can I do?
There are a few reasons you might not see a city you are interested in:
  • Dream Maps only displays cities in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean
  • There might not be a fare for that city that is below your specified amount
  • Sometimes there is not enough room on the map to show all cities meeting your criteria. In this case, we display the cities in order of popularity.
If you don't see your destination city and airfare on Dream Maps, click on the 'New Flight Search' link located just below the 'Update My Dream Map' button on the previous page, and you'll be able to select any city.
How does Driving Cost work?
Travelocity.com can automatically compare the cost of flying to that of driving for your requested maximum fare, and let you know when it is cheaper to fly than drive! The total cost of driving is based on the US standard reimbursement rate set by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), based on estimated costs to operate a vehicle including standard wear and tear expenses. You can change the gasoline price per gallon by entering another number (in US $) into the box provided and clicking on 'Update Map'. If you would like to remove the Driving costs from the map just 'unselect' the box and Click on 'Update Map'.
