The Best Western Carlton Plaza Hotel is located in
downtown Victoria, British Columbia. The hotel is 30 minutes from Victoria's International Airport, 30 minutes from the BC Ferry terminal at Swartz Bay or 10 minutes from the Washington State ferry terminal.

The Carlton Plaza Hotel offers a variety of well appointed, air-conditioned guestrooms including queen or king bedded rooms, rooms with two double beds, kitchen suites and one bedroom suites. All rooms feature 27 TV's, pay per view movie system, irons and ironing boards and voicemail. Complimentary amenities include hi-speed internet access, in room bottled water, coffee & tea, morning newspaper and local calls. Other amenities available are on-site hair salon, watch repair centre, ladies clothing store, room service for breakfast, ice/vending machines, laundry, dry cleaning services, safe deposit boxes, valet parking and a fully equipped fitness centre. DeDutch Pannekoek House Restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch daily.
