Barcelo Maya Caribe Beach is an all-inclusive resort situated on the Mayan Riviera, approximately 15 miles from Carmen beach and 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport. This location is also 22 miles from the city of Tulum and 50 miles from Cancun. This complex consists of two hotels: the Barcelo Maya Beach and the Barcelo Maya Caribe.

The resort's amenities include the two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, playground, Micky Maya kids' club, Capitan Morgan discotheque, several retail stores (for gifts, liquor, cigarettes, souvenirs, and jewelry), gym, sauna, Turkish bath, beauty salon, and medical center. There are also three tennis courts, a sports track, volleyball, French bowls, basketball, mini-golf, dance classes, soccer, table tennis, badminton, shuffleboard, rifle shooting, darts and billiards, and a full range of watersports available. Dining options include the three grill restaurants, two formal restaurants, buffet-style restaurant, and three bars. The hotel also offers room service.
