Palladium Vallarta Resort and Spa All-Inclusive sits on the bluffs overlooking Banderas Bay and is located approximately 14 miles from Splash Water Park and 19 miles from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. This location is also nine miles from Bucerias, 10 miles from Punta Mita, 15 miles from Nuevo Vallarta, and 25 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta.

The property's amenities include the two tennis courts, fitness center, lawn playgrounds, disco, El Bosque (the resort's main restaurant), Viva Mexico (dinner restaurant), Portofino (serving Mediterranean a la carte dinners), Bella Vista (multi-level spot serving fast food and light fare by the pool), and Tea Time (an open-air terrace overlooking the sea and serving coffee, tea, and appetizers). The resort's main pool complex comprises a family pool, children's pool, toddlers' wading pool, sun decks, lounge chairs, and ceramics-painting and hair-braiding stations. Open-air massage treatments are available by the 40-foot-diameter adult pool with 10-foot-diameter jet-spa section. Activities include morning stretching and aerobics, dance classes, games, athletic contests, and shows in the open-air theater.
