Some important information about your hotel.
What you should know:- Two night stays occurring after May 1, 2009 we will begin charging a nominal cleaning fee to paid guests with two night stays. If customer is staying for 3+ nights, these charges do not apply.
- The fees will be collected from the customer at the front desk at check in. The charge is $20 for a studio or One bedroom and $15 for each additional bedroom thus:
- - One bedroom or smaller : $20
- - Two bedroom: $35
- - Three bedroom: $50
- - Four bedroom: $65
- - Seven bedroom $110
- -Lofts and dens fall to the smaller unit type thus a two bedroom plus loft would be $35.

The property features studio lofts, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and two bedroom + lofts condos.
