Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Park Avenue offers over 60 well-appointed condominiums in a beautiful mountain setting. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing, snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, which is skiing only, and the Canyons. Park City also offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine.

Accommodations range in size from one-bedroom to four-bedroom condos. The condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and great location.

Gold rated units will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. All Silver rated and Bronze rated units will receive 1 midweek clean for stays of 6 nights or longer. There is a four percent reservations fee added to all reservations for stays from November 2 - April 12. There is a three percent reservations fee added to all reservations for stays between April 13 - November 1. The price includes the property's resort fee. Front desk and pool is closed from April 13 - May 21, 2009 and September 7 - December 11, 2009, however, guest spas/hot tubs are available daily from 4:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Guests will check in via the Park Avenue lockbox located on the exterior wall of the check in office near the pool area. Please call 800-245-6417 between 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. for lockbox code prior to one's arrival.
