What you should know:- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. ALL CHECK-INS ARE AT OUR MAIN OFFICE, which is conveniently located en route to the property- 76300 Country Club Dr., Palm Desert, CA. Please have your reservation info and valid drivers license with you at check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If you are checking in after business hours, please be sure to contact the rental office at 1-760-345-5695 well in advance to arrange for a late night lock box. Lock boxes are located just outside the entry door to our rental office. We have 24 hour on-call availability if assistance is needed.

La Quinta is in the heart of the upscale resort communities near Palm Springs, CA. The surrounding Santa Rosa Mountains provide a breathtaking backdrop of ever-changing light. Nearby is some of the finest public golf in America, including PGA West and SilverRock- home of the Bob Hope Classic.
The homes are arranged in groupings of eight, offering a choice of the lower level with a patio or second story properties with balconies. The community features four pools and spas, all of which are available for use. An appealing and unique aspect to the community is its walk-to proximity to the activities, shops, and restaurants of charming Old Town La Quinta. Old Town offers sidewalk cafes, fine dining, casual dining, shops, galleries and numerous outdoor festivals and events.
Fairway Vacation Rentals is proud to represent over 50 privately owned condominiums at La Quinta Old Town Villas. The units are elegantly furnished, with full kitchens that includes granite countertops and most of the commonly needed appliances. Some of the other amenities include air-conditioning, gas fireplaces, washers and dryers, full bath linens, cable TV, and high-speed Internet.
