Chateau Bourbon, a Wyndham Historic Hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter. The main entrance occupies the corner at Dauphine and Iberville Streets. The hotel borders the world famous entertainment of Bourbon Street, and the fabulous shopping and streetcars on Canal Street.
From the modern art in the marble lobby to the meeting rooms for groups of up to 200, Chateau Bourbon - A Wyndham Historic Hotel in New Orleans combines the city's tradition for elegance with its flair for fun. This Wyndham Historic Hotel holds court behind the four-story, neoclassical facade of the 1849 D.H. Holmes building, which fronts Iberville Street in the French Quarter.
Steeped in history, this architectural gem has spacious rooms with grand 12-foot ceilings. Some guest rooms even feature architectural remnants from its former life as D.H. Homes Department Store, with gracious columns and beams. Each of the hotel's 251 guest rooms have views overlooking tropical courtyards, world-famous Bourbon Street or the French Quarter. Guest rooms feature king-size or 2 queen beds.
The hotel embraces the party tmosphere of the Big Easy, but also provides a refuge away from it all.
