This hotel is located on the Boulder Creek path which runs through the city of Boulder to the historic Pearl Street Mall and is across the street from the new Twenty Ninth Street Retail District. Eldora Ski resort is nearby as well as Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Adjacent to the Boulder Creek and the 16 mile Bike Path leading into downtown Boulder and the Boulder Canyon, guests can rent bikes or jog along the trail. Onsite, guests will also find 15 tennis courts (free of charge for hotel guests) --five are covered for winter play--an indoor and outdoor pool, two whirlpools, exercise room, outdoor basketball court, gift shop, and 18,000 square feet of meeting space.
