- The Palms charges a $12.43 hotel fee per room, per night which will be collected directly by the hotel at check in. This fee includes high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls (up to 15 minutes each), daily newspaper, access to the fitness room, and use of two lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach and poolside. Valet parking is available at a charge of $27.00 per night. A buffet breakfast is also available daily for $24 per person plus tax. Complimentary Tai Chi and Yoga is offered to all guests on certain days of the week, please check with concierge for schedule. Check in time is at 4:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am.

The newly renovated Palms Hotel & Spa combines a magnificent location, earthy elegance, natural gourmet dining and the first Aveda oceanfront destination spa in Florida. Its casual yet refined character, personalized service and serene botanical atmosphere form a comfortable haven for unwinding while still enjoying close proximity to the buzzing South Beach scene.
Lush tropical gardens with a large heated swimming-pool are home to a variety of palms and exotic flowers and provide direct beach access. On-site beach service provides for guests every need with lounges, sun umbrellas, beach towels, and food and beverage service. Along the beachfront, gently swaying hammocks under the palm trees invite guests to relax.
The Palms has taken its guest experience to an unprecedented level with a newly upgraded pool area and the launch of two new venues, Essensia Restaurant and Lounge and The Palms Spa, Avedas 1st luxury oceanfront spa in the USA.
The 5,000-square foot facility feature holistic treatments and rituals designed to deliver a highly personalized experience. Facilities include a series of multi-purpose rooms including a couples suite with experience snail shower, an indoor/outdoor relaxation area with steam room, poolside treatment cabanas, a beauty salon, a fitness room and an Aveda retail area.
Renovated in 2009, guestrooms draw upon the soft hues of sand and sea with custom designed wood furnishings and contrasting fabrics in varying shades of brown, cream and turquoise with orange accents. Rooms have been completely redesigned with new spa-inspired bathrooms highlighting style and function and feature all new fixtures including a rain shower head and agua colored mosaic tiles. Upgraded furnishings and amenities in the sleeping area offer a more luxurious and sensuous experience.
