What you should know:- A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25.00 (for arrivals beginning January 1, 2010, the fee is $35.00) is collected at check in. This covers anything from normal wear and tear to minor damages up to $1500. The guest must still notify the Front Desk upon arrival of any damages in the unit or they may be liable for the damages. The damage waiver fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct.
