Courtesy transportation to the business park is available twice each morning. While the hotel was first built as part of a line of defence sites protecting Dublin, today it has been magnificently transformed to accommodate with 111 deluxe bedrooms, conference and banqueting facilities for up to 500 guests, a superb restaurant, and two bars. The Knights Bar offers quality food in a Tudor style setting, the Indigo Lounge is an uber-chic bar that will rival the city*s top night spots, lavishly decorated with rich color, oversized sofas, and chandeliers, the opulent lounge radiates elegance.

PROCESS INVOLVES HANGING OUR MEAT FOR 21 DAYS. IT IS KEPT
IT IN A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE OF BETWEEN 4C AND 5C
AND ROTATED ON A DAILY BASIS BEFORE PREPARING. DURING THAT
TIME THE MEAT BECOMES INCREASINGLY TENDER
WHILE THE MOISTURE EVAPORATES, RESULTING IN A FIRMER TEXTURE
AND MORE CONCENTRATED BEEF FLAVOUR. OUR MEAT IS THEN
SEASONED AND COOKED IN OUR SPECIAL CHARGRILL TO SEAR THE
OUTSIDE AND KEEP THE INSIDE TENDER AND
