From our restaurant on the upper floor you have a magnificent view on sea- with the islands De razende Bol and Texel in sight. The nature in and around Den Helder is both abundant and overwhelming. Although the natural areas enjoy a protected status- there are enough opportunities for recreation. One can cycle in the dunes- walk in the woods- jog along the beach or sail on the sea all year round in Den Helder.
