Best Western Grandma's Feather Bed is a Victorian farmhouse located approximately one mile from Nugget and Mendenhall malls and Juneau International Airport and four miles from Mendenhall Glacier. This location is also five miles from Auke Bay Boat Harbor, eight miles from Saint Nicholas Russian Church and Mount Roberts Tramway, nine miles from the State of Alaska Museum and the Shrine of Saint Therese, 20 miles from Eaglecrest skiing, and 40 miles from Glacier Bay.

Hotel amenities include the therapy pool, Grandma's Restaurant, and complimentary cooked breakfast. The hotel also offers room service, dry cleaning, laundry facilities, 24-hour front desk service, 24-hour airport shuttle service, and use of a business center at a companion property.
