Located in Regency Square, almost directly opposite Brighton''s famous beach and the West Pier, this small guesthouse is a typical Brighton regency townhouse. Complete with great sea views from bowed windows and old creeking staircases, this hotel has recently benefitted from a refurbishment, and is in a great location.

Owned by The Beach Hotel and is a great seafood restaurant. Its the oldest restaurant in Brighton & Hove and with its superb views over the West Pier, its also one of the most popular. You can experience the flavours of local caught fish, lobster, oysters, mussels, Dover sole, crab and other varieties depending on the season. Prime Scotch steaks and other meat dishes are served daily, as are vegetarian dishes.
