Built on the former Xpu-Ha Ecopark on the Riviera Maya, this all-inclusive resort is approximately 60 minutes from Cancun International Airport. The property offers bungalow-style accommodations, an outdoor swimming pool, a limited beach area, three bars, two restaurants, a grill, gift shop, laundry service, fitness room, scheduled theme parties, scuba diving demonstrations, and guided tours through the snake, bird, and deer exhibits.
This property's all-inclusive package includes all meals and snacks, unlimited domestic and imported beverages, daily entertainment, evening theme parties, 24-hour room service, and all taxes and gratuities. Guests may also use the facilities at other Palace Resort properties.

All rooms have alarm clocks, coffeemakers, hairdryers, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, designer bath amenities, irons, double Jacuzzi tubs, minibars, safes, satellite TV, and private balconies or terraces with a hammock.
