On-site, the resort also has a full service ski and snowboard, demo and rental shop. Ski and Snowboard storage is included in the nightly resort fee. PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn also boasts a 3 ? star restaurant, PlumpJack Cafe. Executive Chef Rick Edge oversees the locally grown and seasonally inspired Modern American menu.
