Centrally located on Queens Boulevard, the Pan American Hotel is situated approximately four miles from LaGuardia Airport and approximately eight miles from John F Kennedy International Airport. With free pick-ups from the airports, the hotel also has easy access to all sections of New York City by public bus and subway transport. It is located just 10 to 15 minutes away from Manhattan. Conveniently situated across the street is the public bus to midtown or there is the subway service situated three blocks from the hotel at the Grand Avenue Station. Guests will be able to walk to Macys and the Queens Center Mall as well as the recently opened Queens Place Target Mall.

The Hotel has just completely remodeled its lobby by an award-winning New York design firm. It also offers complimentary health club passes to Bally's.
