Hotel La Jolla at the Shores is a first-class hotel overlooking the ocean and about four blocks from the beach. The spacious outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a sunning area with lounge chairs, tables, and sun umbrellas. The fitness center is fully stocked with workout equipment for most types of regiments. After a rigorous workout, take a dip in the onsite hot tub. There is a full health spa nearby.

Elario's Bistro & Sky Lounge was the location for the PBS Club Date Jazz Series. It has reopened in the penthouse of Hotel La Jolla, overlooking the beach, and will continue to feature live entertainment. The updated restaurant features new decor and a stronger emphasis on cuisine. With an award-winning chef, innovative menu, and lively Sky Lounge, the new Elario's is poised to gain an even greater following.

There are four meeting rooms on site with audio/visual presentation equipment. Business and other services include translation, fax and copy, express mail, valet laundry, and various concierge services.
