Along with being a legendary hideaway destination since 1926, La Quinta Resort & Club was named one of the Worlds Best Golf Resorts by Travel and Leisure. A choice of five award-winning golf courses, including the recently renovated Mountain, Dunes and PGA Wests Norman, Nicklaus Tournament and Stadium courses. Dining and shopping are also available at each golf course clubhouse (please note that the Stadium clubhouse will be closed July 20th through December 31st). The resort also offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and a 23,000-square-foot full service spa- Spa La Quinta.
The spa offers a tranquil environment with indoor/outdoor massage and treatment rooms, an outdoor lounging courtyard with fireplace and wading fountain, outdoor baths and the Oasis shop, where spa goers can purchase their favorite spa products. A premier tennis club offers 23 courts; private lessons; clinics and a tennis-pro shop. The courts include five hydro-courts and all are lighted for night play. The resort also offers 41 pools, 53 hot spas and for the little ones, Camp La Quinta, a kids camp features a series of daily themes and dozens of related activities where the kids are in charge.
