Located in a pleasant neighborhood on the south shore of New London, Connecticut, this Mediterranean style mansion was once the country home of steel magnate Charles S. Guthrie. Each room is unique with antiques and views of Long Island Sound or Meadow Court. All rooms have cable television, spacious bathrooms and individual climate control. The property was a retreat for stars like Joan Crawford and Ester Williams. The Lighthouse Inn is also convenient to many local attractions, such as, Mystic Seaport, Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos and the U.S.S. Nautilus Memorial Museum.
