This all-suites hotel offers free park-and-fly services and is across the street from the Knoxville/McGree Tyson Airport. Guests of the hotel can relax in the indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, or fitness room. For added convenience, there are laundry facilities, a meeting room, and a business center on site. Breakfast is included.

Within ten miles of the hotel are Basketball Hall of Fame, Foothills Cinema, Foothills Mall, Knoxville River Boat, Pine Lakes Golf Course, Royal Oaks Golf Course, and Sam Houston School House. Cades Cove and Chilhowee Lake are 20 miles away, Cherokee (casino) is 48 miles, Dollywood (Pigeon Forge) and Gatlinburg are 36 miles, and Smoky Mountain National Park is 25 miles from the hotel.
