The Indian Wells Resort Hotel is a boutique-style property situated about 14 miles from Palm Springs Regional Airport and 60 miles from Ontario Airport. Local attractions include Knotts Soak City, Shopping, Casinos, and Living Desert Zoo & Gardens.

Hotel amenities include babysitting, gift shop, wake-up calls, complimentary breakfast, room service, concierge, 24-hour front desk, free self parking, laundry services, valet parking $12.00 per night, heated pool, hot therapy pool, two tennis courts, fitness center, and 36-hole championship golf course. Onsite drink and dining options include Loren with continental breakfast each morning from 6:30am to 10:30am, Jake's Lounge has a nightly happy hour from 5pm to 6pm and entertainment on Friday and Saturday, and the Palm Terrace with pool side service lunch and drink specials.

Guest rooms feature private balconies or patios, data ports, high speed wireless internet access, telephones, Lodgenet entertainment systems, irons, ironing boards, in-room safes, mini-bars, in room coffee/tea makers, bathrobes, vanity mirrors, hairdryers, and luxury toiletries.
