The Grand Hotel Adriatic is only a ten-minute walk from the center of Opatija. Located next to the sea with a beautiful view overlooking the Kvarner Bay, the hotel complex consists of two buildings, Adriatic I and Adriatic II, which share a joint reception and other hotel facilities.

The hotel facilities include Restaurant Adriatic, buffet meals, a la carte restaurant Nimfa, casino Opatija, and Mediterranean lobby bar. The hotels natural stony beach with a restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine specialties with live music every evening during the summer season. A wellness center is located on the topmost eighth floor with a large terrace, solarium, and a unique view of the Kvarner Gulf. The indoor pool on the top floor of Adriatic I is with heated sea water even in summer months, along with hairdressers salon, two outdoor tennis courts, newsstand, and souvenir shop. The hotel amenities also include a parking lot, public parking, Internet corner, and a convention center with air-conditioned halls for capacities of 15 to 550 participants with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
