The Americas Best Value Inn Lazy J Ranch Three Rivers is located on 10 acres in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, just below Sequoia National Park. The guests can enjoy fishing all year round. There is also boating, sailing, waterskiing, and swimming in Lake Kaweah. Just a short drive away is Sequoia College and area shopping. There is a restaurant and lounge within a mile.

The hotel offers free continental breakfast, a guest laundry, cable TV, coffeemakers, air-conditioning, and telephones. Pets are accepted for a nominal fee.

All the guest rooms are ground level, and there are some individual housekeeping cottages. All rooms are ground level, some with fireplaces.
