What you should know:- All Ritz Carlton's in North America, with the exception of Marriott Vacations Club International, have a smoke-free policy. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building.
Please note that the Ritz Carlton Pool Renovation will take place from November 8th to 12th 2009. During this time the pool deck of the Ritz Carlton South Beach will be closed for floor tile resurfacing. All guest may continue to enjoy the resort and beach services will be enhanced. Beach chairs and umbrellas will be offered complimentary. For guests wishing to enjoy a pool experience the Hotel has partnered with the Lowes Resort, and guests are able to utilize the Lowes pool services complimentary. The Lowes Resort is 2 buildings south from the of the Ritz Carlton South Beach.
