On the northern arm of Bloody Bay, Riu Negril All-Inclusive is located approximately four miles from Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville and 45 miles from Sangster/Montego Bay International Airport. This location is also five miles from Times Square Shopping Mall, six miles from Negril River, seven miles from downtown Negril, eight miles from Rick's Cafe, nine miles from the Negril Lighthouse, 15 miles from the Negril Royal Palm Reserve, and 40 miles from Mayfield Falls.

The property's amenities include the two 120-foot freeform pools (one with a swim-up bar and 25-person jetted section), supervised children's club, watersports equipment, three-room health-and-beauty spa, three buffet restaurants, three a la carte restaurants, two snack bars, five cocktail bars, and nightclub. The all-inclusive rate covers all meals, drinks, activities, gratuities, and use of both land and non-motorized watersports equipment. Motorized watersports, snorkeling/diving excursions, diving certification, airport transfers, spa and beauty treatments, and items from the gift shop are not included.
