Graves 601 Hotel is an ultra-modern hotel located directly across the street from the Target Center, connecting by Skyway to the shopping and business district, and is approximately 13 miles from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. The hotel is in the Block E entertainment complex.

Guest room amenities include DVD and CD players, three phones (one cordless), custom-designed blonde-wood bed frames, feather or hypo-allergenic pillows, and 42-inch plasma-screen TVs in the bedroom and 10-inch LCD flat-screen TVs in bathrooms. Bathrooms have rain or five-jet showerheads, limestone countertops, and Hermes soap. Refrigerators are available upon request.
