The Americas Best Value Inn is five minutes to University of Northern Colorado, 10 minutes to Northern Colorado Medical Center, and 15 minutes to Island Grove Park and PGA golf courses. It is conveniently located on Highway 85 and By-Pass 34, 50 miles from both Denver and Cheyenne. The awe inspiring Rocky National Park and the famous Estes Park is just a short one-hour drive west. Within walking distance, one can enjoy a variety of restaurants from All-You-Can-Eat buffet, 24-7 cafe to sports bar grill as well as the family market. While in Evans one can indulge in one of the numerous fine eateries, take the children out to the outdoor Fun Center, play a round of golf at one of the many PGA quality golf courses, and take a moment to appreciate the majestic natural surroundings.
