Just a few minutes from Lihue Airport, the Kauai Beach Villas is centrally located near Wailua and Kapaa on Kauai's East Shore and a convenient distance to a wide variety of Hawaii activities.

The impressive grounds, adorned by a variety of palm trees and exotic native plants are the home of whistling ducks, black swans, and geese. Guests can enjoy a colorful sunrise over the ocean, take a leisurely stroll on Nukolii Beach, lounge by the pool or just relax on the condos private lanai. Guests can also explore what the adjacent hotel and resort has to offer, including a first class restaurant, lounge, art gallery, and gift shop.

Overlooking the fresh water lagoons and swimming pool the one-bedroom, two-bath, non-smoking condo has been recently renovated, newly furnished and feels more like a home than a rental. The beach is just a short walk through the beautiful grounds. The condo has been appointed with new Berber carpeting and tile floors, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, all new appliances, and new electronic equipment. The third floor location affords the guests added privacy and security.
