What you should know:

  • The hotel will be conducting minor repairs on the Gulf front room balconies. The work will start on 10/26 and last for approximately 90 days. The work will be done Monday-Thursday between the hours of 10am-6pm. There will be scaffolding in front of the rooms that are being worked on during the day, but the scaffolding will be brought up to the roof every evening. The workers will be doing cosmetic maintenance. They will not be using any heavy machinery, just cordless drills, so the noise will be minimal.
