Located in Riviera Nayarit on the shores of Banderas Bay, Villa La Estancia is a new totally non-smoking property on this stretch of unspoiled beach.
This property features 135 deluxe suites, furnished in elegant Spanish Colonial style. Deluxe Studios feature two queen beds, and can accommodate up to 2 guests; One bedroom suites can accommodate up to 4 guests, and include a Master bedroom with King bed, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room; Two bedroom suites accommodate up to 6 guests, and feature a Master bedroom with King bed, two Queen beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Suite accommodations include full kitchens, granite countertops, whirlpool tubs, private furnished balconies, and oversized living areas.
New at the Resort is the all-inclusive option that includes Accommodations in Deluxe Room, unlimited food at Villa La Estancia, and adjacent property Villa del Palmar Flamingos (*Surcharges apply on Lobster, Jumbo Shrimp, and Prime Meats dishes), Unlimited Drinks (Premium, Local and House Brands), all resort fitness and recreation facilities, all resort activities and entertainment, Non-motorized water sports equipment, Supervised childrens program (ages 4-12),Gratuities and taxes (Restrictions and exclusions may apply).
The resort also features the 17,000 square foot Tatewari Spa, which is designed to purify the body and spirit. The water therapy experience includes a Jacuzzi, cold spring water pool, steam and sauna rooms and a waterfall rinse. Treatments include Facials, Massages, Wraps and a variety other treatments. A state of the art fitness center rounds out the spas offerings. On-site restaurants include the Award winning La Casona and the Poolside La Parilla serving casual fare.
