El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel, a family-friendly resort offering both all-inclusive and room-only rate plans, is located on the beach in Mazatlan's Golden Zone, approximately 3 miles from downtown and 12 miles from the Mazatlan Airport.
Amenities include a large free-form swimming pool featuring cascades, rock formations and water slides. Guests have access to facilities at all four resorts in the El Cid complex, including the restaurants, bars, entertainment and shops. All-inclusive privileges are limited to El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel. Activities and watersports can be arranged on site, including deep sea fishing, scuba, snorkeling and excursions.
The four onsite restaurants include a snack bar by the pool, an oceanfront buffet restaurant, a gourmet Mexican restaurant, an international restaurant and a dinner theater. These restaurants are exclusive to guests on the all-inclusive plan. Guests who purchase a room-only rate may visit restaurants at the other El Cid hotels. The property also features a lobby bar, a swim-up bar and a disco. Additional services include room service, babysitting, supervised kids club, concierge, currency exchange, tour desk, car rental and laundry/dry cleaning service.
All rooms have private balconies, marble floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TVs, telephones, in-room safes, purified tap water, hairdryers and bathrooms with showers and bathtubs.
This property has the option of an all-inclusive plan, which includes meals and drinks, golf and tennis clinics, daytime activities program, kids club, use of fitness center, and all taxes and gratuities. The all-inclusive with golf plan also includes unlimited green fees at El Cid Golf & Country Club (mandatory caddy not included).
Elite All Inclusive Plan includes: Guaranteed Ocean View accommodations, All meals and house brand drinks at the restaurants of all 4 hotels, including premium menu items such as lobster, Shrimp and Steaks, VIP check-in and room service.
