What you should know:- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a $50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A $200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

The Floridays Resort Orlando is a luxury, all-suite condominium-style resort located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista on International Drive, just a few miles from attractions and steps away from shopping and dining. The Floridays Resort Orlando is a 20-acre property featuring two- and three-bedroom vacation suites just 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Walt Disney World Resort, approximately three miles away, and SeaWorld/Aquatica is two miles away. Universal Orlando Resort theme parks are just 15 minutes away.
Enjoy all the amenities of one of the highest ranked Orlando Resorts with two heated swimming pools, a waterjet playscape for kids, and a complete fitness center. Additional amenities include a wireless Internet throughout the hotel and guest rooms, game room, convenience store, babysitting services, free parking, free local calls, hot tub, lounge, and business services. Dining options include the poolside Floridays Pool Bar and Grill, and onsite deli, and the Palm Café & Marketplace, featuring Starbucks. Enjoy a meal from your room with the convenient room service.
The spacious two and three bedroom suites feature vibrant Mediterrean-style décor, a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining area and living room, two bathrooms, outdoor patio, washer and dryer, jetted tubs, a large flat screen TV in the living room and additional TVs in each bedroom. Each unit is 1000 to 1300 sq. ft. and holds a maximum of eight occupants. The master bedroom features a king bed and the additional bedrooms have two double beds. Additional room amenities include irons/ironing boards, DVD/VCR players, CD players/stereos, dishes and utensils, and hairdryers.
