Featuring tranquil waterways and a 19th-century Louisiana atmosphere, Disney's Port Orleans Resort Riverside draws inspiration from the writings of Mark Twain and is approximately 22 miles from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, all located near the resort. Transportation to Walt Disney World® Resort areas are available by ferry and bus.
Guests may swim in the water hole-themed Ol' Man Island swimming pool and five additional heated pools. Pontoon boats, canopy boats, and mini-motorboats are available for use in the resort's waterways. Horse-drawn excursions and bicycle rentals may be arranged at this resort.
