Nestled among 64 acres of lush landscape and situated next to a lagoon, the Liki Tiki Village is a family-friendly water resort only seven miles from Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Also nearby are SeaWorld/Aquatica, Legoland, and Universal Orlando Resort theme parks. Liki Tiki Village Resort provides luxurious accommodations and a variety of amenities to complement the Florida vacation.

Join your children at the Liki Tiki Lagoon, a 1.5 acre water playscape complete with a gently rolling wave pool, 5 water slides, an erupting water volcano, a waterfall, a toddler's area, spouting tiki heads, and a dancing fountain. Two expansive, heated pools are also available for a more relaxing day in the sun. Guests will enjoy the recreational activities at The Harbor, where mini-golf, shuffleboard, two tennis courts, basketball court, and a game room are available. Monday through Friday, Liki Tiki Village provides a full agenda of arts and crafts fun for the children. Exercise equipment is available in our indoor, air-conditioned, fitness center.

Guests can choose from a one, two, or three Bedroom condos, all featuring fully-equipped kitchens. Enjoy the spacious living and dining areas with separate bedrooms. Guests can appreciate the convenience of in-room washers and dryers and the comforts of whirlpool-style tubs in the bathroom.

Liki Tiki Village is a condominium-style property and daily housekeeping is not included. Should you desire housekeeping services during your stay, they are available for a nominal fee and may be arrange with the resort staff upon check-in.
