The Warwick Hotel was built in 1926 by William Randolph Hearst for his Hollywood friends and is located in midtown Manhattan, across from the Museum of Modern Art, and approximately eight miles from LaGuardia Airport. John F. Kennedy International Airport is about 16 miles from the hotel. This location is also a block from Fifth Avenue shops, two blocks from Broadway theaters, and four blocks from Rockefeller Center. The hotel amenities include the formal restaurant, Murals on 54, which is open for lunch (except on Saturdays and Sundays) and features American Cuisine. The cocktail lounge has views of the Avenue of the Americas. The hotel also offers a business center, valet service, and full meeting and banquet facilities. The hotel's newly renovated fitness center has machines that are equipped with individual flat screen TVs. Along with treadmills; there are also elliptical machines and stationary bikes. The hotel features 359 spacious guestrooms and 67 richly appointed suites.
