Harley's Restaurant & Terrace
Serving a variety of island-inspired and continental cuisine, Harley's Restaurant is the perfect place for a hearty breakfast, casual lunch or special dinner at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
In the morning visit Harley's for the Royal Buffet, complete with omelettes, Belgian waffles, pastries, fruits and yogurts.
At lunch choose from a wide selection of sandwiches and salads plus local favorites such as seared Ahi tuna or the Gombey jam glazed chicken breast.
And for dinner select from an elegant menu of steaks and seafood including sauteed Bermuda rockfish, buttery lobster ravioli, truffle-crusted filet mignon, roasted rack of lamb and more.

Heritage Court - Afternoon Tea
Recently praised by the New York Times as having the best afternoon tea in Bermuda, The Heritage Court is proud to continue this thoroughly British tradition dating back to the early 1800s. Popularized by then Queen Victoria whose daughter Princess Louise inspired the name Hamilton Princess after her visit to Bermuda in 1883 the custom of taking tea in the afternoon is now a signature event of the hotel, enjoyed daily by tourists and locals alike.

Heritage Court
Designed to reflect Bermuda's rich British colonial history, The Heritage Court is the premier restaurant of the historic Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
Featuring colorful maritime paintings, handsome hardwood tables plus cozy lounges and sofas in an elegant lobby side dining room, the restaurant serves an eclectic mix of all day fare from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. daily. Choose from small plates including lobster spring rolls and traditional Bermuda fish chowder; salads made with fresh local greens; burgers and sandwiches like the Cuban pulled pork panini; or dig into hearty entrees including baked local rockfish with coconut curry, succulent Dark n' Stormy pork ribs or a grass-fed New York strip steak served with rich Bearnaise sauce.
