The beachfront, Art Deco-style National Hotel is located within walking distance of Ocean Drive, half a block from Lincoln Road, and approximately twelve miles from Miami International Airport. This location is also two blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center, six miles from Port of Miami, and 10 miles from Coconut Grove and Bal Harbour.

Hotel amenities include Blues Bar, The Restaurant at National Hotel (frenched inspired cuisine), Aqua Bar (poolside), fitness center, spa services, and full-time production department to coordinate fashion shoots, music videos, or television and film productions. There is a tropical garden with 250 feet of swimming pools and direct access to the beach, as well as sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach. The hotel also offers 24-hour concierge service, daily maid service, 24-hour room service, and valet laundry service. Valet parking is available for $35 per day.

All rooms feature cable TV, Ipod Docking stations, minibars,safes, two-line phones with dataports, voicemail, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, bathrobes and slippers, and spa toiletries. Please note the National Hotel is currently being painted and exterior scaffolding is present. Noise can be expected in the front entrance and lobby during this time.
