The award-winning Walt Disney World Dolphin is located between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios and close to Disney's Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom theme parks. The beautifully-appointed guestrooms feature custom-designed carpeting and draperies, while the centerpiece is the Westin Heavenly Bed featuring a pillow-top mattress, a cozy white goose-down comforter, three crisp 250 thread-count sheets, and five overstuffed fluffy pillows. Additional room amenities include 32-inch flat screen TVs with HD cable channels, laptop safe, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board.

Shula's Steakhouse restaurant is themed after the 1972 Miami Dolphins' "Perfect Season" - the only team in NFL history to finish a season undefeated. The menus are hand painted on an official NFL game football. At Shula's Steak Houses, one of the featured entrees is the 48-Ounce Porterhouse.

Award-winning Kimonos restaurant and lounge is a favorite among locals and international guests alike. Voted top restaurant for sushi by the Orlando Sentinel readers, guests experience the fine art of sushi preparation each night.
The décor at Kimonos is as impressive as the cuisine. Dark teakwood, colorful kimonos and an intimate atmosphere are the inviting hallmarks of this authentic Japanese sushi bar. House specialties include traditional Oriental hors d'oeuvres, gyoza, tempura platters, kobe beef and duck satay.

Beers has extensive experience and an exceptional reputation in both the architecture and interior design industries. He has a keen interest in the relationship between architecture and light and has studied and practiced the art of glass and glass blowing with renowned glass artist Dale Chihuly. Continued collaboration and work with the medium provide Beers an unparalleled expertise in glass - both as material and light design element - as is evidenced in each of his projects to date.
Garden Grove
On different evenings, we feature buffet menu themes including Mediterranean, Southern Barbecue and our newest guest favorite, Seafood Sensation. Offering the freshest seafood including shrimp, snow crab legs, scallops, stuffed lobster and a variety of other family favorites including roasted chicken and prime rib. For the Southern Barbecue evening, ribs and pulled pork pair well with our sumptuous sides and other treats. Mediterranean night features your favorite pasta and beef dishes along with other fresh offerings including lemon and herb chicken and baked eggplant parmesan.
Experience creative American cuisine at Garden Grove for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The young at heart will also enjoy Disney character dining at dinner nightly and for breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

Fresh Mediterranean Market strives to provide a variety of foods inspired by the rich farmlands of the Mediterranean, using recipes which have been handed down from generation to generation. The Fountain Eats & Sweets

Cabana Bar & Beach Club
Enjoy a sophisticated variety of appetizers, salads, gourmet flat breads and other entrees at this chic restaurant and bar, located just steps from the Dolphin lap pool. Transition into evening with signature cocktails and frozen drinks at our illuminated bar. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are not necessary.
Splash Terrace
Poolside outdoor seating just steps from our white sand beach. Enjoy contemporary lunch fare that includes custom made sandwiches, fresh baked pizza, snacks and ice cream. Open seasonally.
Picabu
A curious gallery of evocative food and art, Picabu was created to delight both kids and the young at heart. The always-open adventure eatery serves up an affordable and unique dining option for the entire family in a buffet/cafeteria setting. The centerpiece is Picabu, a delightful and adventurous wood-carved and brightly painted animated character who diners will find behind every corner in this unforgettable dining experience. Picabu, designed by Kakadu Art & Design in Wood, Ltd., will fascinate kids (and parents) as they make their way through the restaurant’s selection of America’s favorite foods.
