The hotel offers 661 individual temperature-controlled, tastefully decorated and generously oversized rooms. Each one features two phone lines, voicemail and dataports, high-speed internet connections, Turkish cotton terrycloth robes and coffeemaker. Parking is available on-site for a fee (hybrid vehicles receive a 50% discount on parking). The 42nd floor of the hotel offers exercise equipment, full-size swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and spa services. This is available for all guests to use for a fee. Among a number of restaurants in the hotel is the exceptional Palm Restaurant, offering prime steaks and lobster. Other restaurants offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as room service.
