Moon Palace Casino Golf and Spa Resort All Inclusive

We just returned from 6 nights at the Moon Palace. First of all, for those complaining that it isn't finished; no kidding, you knew that before you went, hence why they claim "soft opening". In addition, what wasn't completed had absolutely no impact on our stay there. There are about 7 wonderful restaraunts for you to choose from. Los Gallos offers fantastic Mexican food, and I had the best filet mignon I'ver ever had at their steak house. This is a top of the line resort, with top notch service. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. They also spoke English very, very well. You literally barely have to lift a finger while staying here. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and if we didn't want to walk, we waited less than 3 minutes for the golf cart to come around and pick us up. It runs from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm, and we never had a problem. Public relations calls every other day asking if everything is okay, and if you need anything. Your mini-bar gets re-filled every day, and you never run out of bottled water. The rooms are impeccable and the beds are extremly comfortable. The food is outstanding, and there are a lot of choices. You also get non-stop service on the beach; you don't have to move to get your drinks or lunch. We tipped everyday, even though they say tips are included in the package. If you are looking for things to do after 11:00 pm, then this is NOT the place for you. There isn't really a "night life" there yet, but that might change when the club opens. We weren't there for that, so it didn't bother us. Would go back in a second!!
