The customer service was wonderful!!! We arrived at 10am the day of our check-in and asked if we could check-in early and were told that we could use all amenities including the pools and private beach until our room was ready. By noon our room was ready and we were able to settle in 4 hours earlier than regular check-in. The staff is very friendly and are willing to help answer any questions. The only negative we had was that we signed up (& payed) for a continental breakfast that was to be served at nine in the morning and when we went down at 9:45 it was no longer being served. Though we only payed a minimal $2.00 per person, it was inconvenient because we had to go and find breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend the Shores to ANYONE!

Lulu's

A fun place to eat that has great atmosphere is Lulu's. It is located off of Hwy-59 and has good food at a decent price! If you want a place that has quick service and friendly staff, eat here!

1 BR efficiencies are like living in a cave. only window looks into the hallway. no balcony or exterior window. on the beach but could be in a basement. otherwise great property/great beach. warning: expect no help from T'city for changes. called 800 # the morning after booking & 30 days B4 arrival to change to the 2 BR option; Bounced from service to service, assured room was changed-same conf #. 'upon arrival discovered change wasn't made & stuck in the cave as resort had since filled-up. T'city issue/not property issue.

Location was great - LiveBait was adjacent to condo; hotel ammenities were fabulous - sauna, hot tub, exercise facility, pools; grounds and condo were well kept. Only problem was that the 1 BR condo did not have a view of the ocean - I knew it didn't have a balcony, but there was no view at all. Overall, good value.

It was a very nice condo and the location was great. I would stay again for sure. I do agree with the pots and pans issue if you plan on cooking bring non stick pans. they supply you with washer and dryer with laundry soap, mixer, blender, plates, mugs, coffee maker, and even dish soap. A great place for families.
