GREAT!
I went to Victoria for busisess and I stayed at the Harbour Tower... everything was perfect! It is a great hotel for the price you pay; the room was spacious; the internet was free, and inside pool. I would totally reccomend this hotel. PS when you look at a map you might think this hotel is too far but it is not. It is only 5 minute walk from the Parliement building.
We loved it!
We were lucky to get into the Penthouse with 2 bedrooms for a great rate. 1 king/1 queen bedrooms each. Kitchen was stocked with plates and pans. We ate in for mornings and the evenings since the view was spectacular from the balconies. Good location but expect to walk a bit. Shuttle service was slow and not reliable but at least it was free. Walking distance to Empress, BC Royal Museum, Parliment Bldgs and downtown. For a penthouse, we were surprised that there wasn't 2 full baths. Only had 1 1/2 baths and none were connected to the bedrooms. This would work very well for a famly or even reunions. Ethernet internet service was a little slow, but depended on how many guests were trying to get on, it seemed. Would stay here again most definately!
Huge Suite
We chose Harbour Towers because of the rates and the location. While checking-in, I was told we could upgrade our room to a penthouse suite for $* per day. I thought it might be fun and decided to give it a try. The kids absolutely loved it. The penthouse suite is a multi-level suite and about 1100 sq ft. The lower level is a large master bedroom and 1.5 baths. The upstairs is a large living room, office area, kitchenette with nook, and it features windows all around offering gorgeous views of the Inner Harbour. The room was not super-clean and things were a little dated (no A/C either). But with 2 young active boys and the amount of room, we had a pleasant stay.

Red Fish Blue Fish
Went there for dinner one night. Loved it. Great Fish and Chips and Tacones.
Great location
This hotel has very large rooms, a buffer from street noise and a view of the harbor. Great place and reasonable rates.
Hotel was excellent!!! Would Stay Again!!
I stayed there 30 years ago, and I think it is better NOW!! Arrived late and they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite. Several balconys, No air con , but with the windows open fine. No stove , but nice kitchen. Beds great, lots of pillows, Very clean no smells, in the room or common areas. Nice indoor pool and fitness room open until 10:30. Clean changing room and shower and lockers . Parking was $12.00 a night , but there is some street parking for free if you park during the day and do not move in the evenings. A couple of blocks from the harbor easy level walking around the Harbour. I have stayed at many of Victoria 's harbour hotels and this is one of my fav's. Tv's are pretty small (19") for large living room.
