Pink Shell Beach Resort

We loved the hotel, the room was beaurtiful, more than we expected, wonderful view and the balcony and wall of windows over the gulf was perfect. The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. The staff was very helpful and the food great, we loved eating dinner and watching the sun set over the gulf. There was nothing we did not like and will return again at the next opportunity.

First off the staff at this condo was awasome they went out of there way to help you ant way they could, From something as simple as a lighter from the store that was closed to an escort to pick up some beach towels. We will stay there for sure the next time we are in Ft Myers. The company i work for needs to go there and do some benchmarking on customer service with a smile and yes i did say smile.

Stayed sept. 19 - 24, 2009 Had an awsome time, many thanks to the staff all you have to do is ask and you will recieve. They were over the top with the help,rooms were great and with everything you needed.Will stay again for sure.As a matter of fact i think the company i work for needs to benchmark the staff on customer service there. The breakfast menu was also awsome plenty to eat and drink at the bar by the way did i mention staff?

We read alot of reviews before our trip so I feel compelled to give my thoughts to help others. Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights at the Pink Shell. We originally planned for just 2 but enjoyed it so much that we added a 3rd night! The manager was very helpful in securing the extra night for us and kept the same rate and same room which was a nice treat. My kids are teenagers but still loved all of the facilities. If you have little ones however, this place is heaven. The pool was great. Having the Bongo pool bar with drinks and food made life easy. The onsite jetskis, and other rentals saved having to leave the resort for anything during the day. Our room, a 2 bedroom villa was WONDERFUL. We were in the MAIN building and I SUGGEST strongly staying there. Its is tne center of things and appears to be the nicest of the buildings. You will pay a nice premium though to stay there, I felt it was a little pricey....but was worth the extra. I cant find much fault with anything, except minor little tidbits. I can confer that our access cards didnt work all the time at the pool and we did have issues with room access too. But we were always assisted with a smile. The entire staff from front desk personnel, to store help, pool assistants and all the managers. a wonderful place to stay........we will be back next year!

BONGOS!

While at the pool during the day if you dont want to leave the sun, ordering some lunch from Bongos poolside bar is a great idea.. THe food is good and the kids meals are actually pretty LARGE portions. For around $6.00 you can get chicken fingers and fries or a nice size burger and fries w/ drink and fruit! Its enough for your teenage kids or even adults...

This was a planned ""getaway"" for my adult daughter and myself from work and hectic Atlanta. Our stay could not have been nicer. We were greeted with genuine friendliness and courteous staff. Bill was extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants and local highlights to see and do during our stay. Our room was upgraded from a one bedroom studio to a 2 bedroom ocean villa with views of the beach. Everything I could need was there from luxurious bathrobes to a full kitchen, refrigerator and washer and dryer! Staying on the beach was ideal. It was a short walk to the pool, restaurant and beach. Breakfast was delicious and we ate far too many calories! Waiters and waitress were kind and attentive. My only regret was that we should have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this resort for families and friends! Thanks for making our getaway just what was needed, perfect!
