Very affordable, clean, excellent staff, great rooms and pool area, very convenient location by Sea World, Universal, Disney. An absolute hidden gem!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and there was plenty of room (each of our 4 kids got their own double bed). The bathrooms were huge and everyone loved the jacuzzi tub. The pool was fun and they had live music there saturday around lunch time which was very nice. The pool is between buildings A & B so if you are in a different building, it may be kind of far to walk with young ones.There is a resort fee of about $* per night that you have to pay when you check out that is not included in the price.

FLORIDAYS RESORT WAS A GOOD FAMILY HOETL TO STAY.CLOSE TO DISNEY WORLD AND OUTLET MALLBUT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.MAKE SURE WHEN YOU GET HOME. TO CHECK YOU CARD IF YOU HAVE PAID IT ALRAEDY IF NOT THEY BILL YOU AGAIN LIKE WHATHAPPEN TO ME.

Family Christmas Vacation at Floridays Resort

We booked a 5 day/5 night family vacation over the 2009 Christmas holiday at Floridays resort and had a wonderful time. The 3 bedroom/2 bath condo we had was very clean and spacious and pretty well equipped with the basic kitchen tools. However, if you are someone who loves to cook the kitchen tools may fall a little short, but who does a lot of cooking on vacation anyway? Housekeeping provided a "refresh" free of charge, which basically amounted to bringing you clean towels. Actual cleaning required a $30 a day fee, which we opted out of. Since we attempted to keep the place clean ourselves we were a little disappointed that there were no cleaning products provided - i.e, soap for the dishwasher, glass cleaner, sponges, broom, etc, with the exception of a very small bottle of very watery dishwashing liquid such as what you would use to hand wash dishes. We found a few things wrong in our unit (broken blinds, light fixtures missing) but they were fixed right away. The pool and other common areas were beautiful and very well kept, although the cafe items were overpriced. Luckily it was conveniently located near Publix supermarket, gas stations, restaurants, Wallgreens, malls and many attractions. Free cable and internet was great. The staff was friendly and professional. All and all, a good value and we would definitely stay here again.

My kids are the pickiest and they absolutely LOVED it-we all did-everything was just as we expected and the level of cleanliness exceeded those expectations. The pool, live music, game room...Definitly a bargin for the price, located just where you'd want it- close to everything (we had our own car so we did not use the transport provided to the parks). Only "minor" problem was that there was no wireless internet access so just remeber your cable or the hotel will lend you one-wow I hope you have a wonderful holiday like ours-way t go Floridays--visiting from Clonmel, Ireland.
