Hotel Details

The room was very nice and had all necessary furnishings and a complete kitchen. The bathtubs were a bit dirty. Property was in general clean and attractive. Staff were basically helpful, but when it came down to details and going the extra step, they lagged. Shuttle reservation instructions to Disney were not clear. Sheet and trash changes did not occur regularly even though we requested them. For example, they would try to address a sheet change only once - If the do not disturb sign was out, they would call and leave a message and then not try to address the change sheet change request later, not even the following days. This is a very odd service choice, and it occurred more than once. Bed pillows were awful, incredibly thick, with no alternative choices. It is an ok place to stay, and again, the rooms are very nice, but we would choose elsewhere nex time based on the odd service encountered.

Beautiful resort. Suggestion: Go to the supermarket around the corner to get your universal theme park tickets. They are much cheaper than onsite.

The hotel had great staff, amenities, pool bar the room itself was amazing I felt as if I was staying in my own home rather than a hotel. What I like the most is the jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom which opens to the bedroom which I though was nice and most important it was a great value for the price definately staying again

Nice hotel, Clean, Front Desk very helpfull upon arriving:: Disappointed that I was not asked how the stay was when leaving. Only problem was a young group of kids unsupervised next door and management knew they had a problem with them.

The Hotel was a good buy, the staff nice on check-in, but was dissappointed that I was not asked how the stay was when leaving. The last night un-supervised kids ruined the night. The hotel knew they had a problem with the kids.
