Hotel Details

We felt the facilities and personnel were excellent. The location was very convenient. We also felt that it was an excellent value. A particular note, The young man who checked us in, Felipe, did so expertly and answered all our questions. We did complete a survey form for Blue Tree and mailed it in.

We paid off season rates ($85) for a one bedroom suite with kitchen and hideaway bed sofa for myselfl and 2 others. The room was on the third floor above the pool, and within walking distance of a second pool. The pools were clean, refreshing, and well kept. The room was clean and presentable. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. The only problem was a rattle in the a/c fan return that was unacceptably loud. We called the office and they sent two maintenance guys within 10 minutes. They pushed some foam in the metal vibration part and it lasted an hour. We ended up resetting the metal with a potholder at 2 am. All in all though it was a close location to sea world, though that I-4 exit is a nightmare to drive in between 5-7pm when people are returning to the parks, coming back from the parks, and just plain going home.

My husband and I stayed at the Blue Tree for a week and really enjoyed it. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a washer and dryer, so we came home and with no dirty laundry. The hot tub was great!! The pools were perfect!! Service and check-in was a great. Yes there could be some updating done, but overall this is a great place to stay and you cant beat the price. The location is so great as well. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This resort is like 20 minutes from the airport. Had trouble at first finding the resort. The sign said Westgate Blue Tree Resort and not SPM Blue Tree Resort. When we entered we were confused at where to check in since there were 2 signs pointing in opposite direction for check in. Otherwise the room is nice and clean and kitchen was clean. Didn't use the kitchen except for the microwave. Bathroom was a nice size also. Our room was all the way at the end of the resort so it was nice and quiet. The pool was nice and not too cold. It was the right depth for my kids. And there was not alot of people using the pool which was a plus.They had a great time in the pool. Disney resort was not even a half mile away which was great. Alot of restaurants in the area. Seaworld, Aquatica and Premium Outlets was probably 20 minutes away. Would definitely book this resort in the future again. I have no complaints.

Well, I was just there the week of August 15th. The staff at the front desk was nice especially the young woman. However, we were told that we had a newer unit and it was a dump. The first night the bath tub in the master room stopped up. The second night the toilet in the other bathroom stopped up. The mattress in the pull out sofa was ripped and paper thin. The air condition made a very loud sound when it came on. The door to the master room would get stuck. So we called and asked for another room. They sent us to another room where the refridgerator had juice spilled inside of it. Also, the stopper to the tub had screws popping out of it. Did I mention that there was a crack in the ceiling..... We spoke to the manager who said oh it seems that you are just having house keeping and maintenance issues. I said well DUH that's what makes your stay correct...... Anyway we were eventually upgraded to a better room but it was just ok.... The outside balcony had bee hives on it and to top it off when we left there was a silver fish found in the mattress.... Never again!!!!!!
