When i am shown pictures of a suite, I expect two separate rooms. No- the room was ok, but remote for tv did not work, and numerous times had to take it to be fixed- no luck. The refridge/freezer worked great. The free breakfast is cold, and not much, but they will gve you a discount in the coffee shop. It was described as a full buffett/ or at least hot! I would probably stay elsewhere- the way into the hotel is confusing, and difficult. Glad I did get a discount.

I booked my wife into the regency rogue in Medford last weekend and she was overall satisfied. Her only critique would be the service in the restaurant. She was in for breakfast and had to get up and find a waitress to help her. After she finished her meal, she waited quite awhile for a server to bring the check and she never came back...

This was a wonderful hotel. Everyone from the woman who checked us in to the girls who took care of our rooms were amazing. They were efficient and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. The restaurant was well run with great food and the wait-staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant manager made time to talk with his guests and had good suggestions of places to go and things to see. We did not use the Spa facility but the pool, hot tub and exercise equipment were first rate. There is also a salon that gave me a great haircut. All in all it was a great week that we spent there and will be sure to stay there again next time we visit Medford, Oregon

I've stayed here a few times and have been more and more dissatisfied every time. I'd booked a king bed suite and got a queen; the continental breakfast is a joke - just a snack really, and located in a hallway. I'll try somewhere else next time.
