Wonderful Getaway
The Ritz Carlton lived up to it's reputation. First time staying on Maui, nothing but good things to say about the facility. The staff really understands customer service from the doormen to the housekeepers. Really liked the location of the Ritz as well - much better than staying on Hotel row off Kapalua bay. Would highly recommend staying at the Ritz.
Amazing Stay...Once Again.
After an 8 year lapse since our last stay...the Ritz made it a most memorable vacation, once again. Quite different with 3 kids later, but the new kid's pool and area were a great addition since our last visit. Traveling with my parents, it was great that the front desk was able to accomodate us in the same wing as our Residential Suite, great option for the traveling family. The new restaurants on the property are great and I highly recommend. Bell desk was exceptionally courteous ..Thank you Jorge for the great service. My husband and I are already making plans to return to Maui and the Ritz Carlton in 2 years for our 10th Anniversary.:-)
Beautiful and Peaceful
We loved our visit to the Ritz Carlton. The grounds were gorgeous with a 1-2 minute walk to beautiful Flemmings Beach. Our room was cleaned and organized to perfection. The only complaint we had was the additional $20 a day resort fee once we arrived. We thought that all fees and taxes were included in our package with online travel website.
Very Nice
Very nice hotel. Very accomodating to us with our 3 year old. Kids pool area and playground a huge plus. Sushi restaurant was excellent. Club level was great with all the food, drinks, and concierge service. Spa was excellent. Only downside is that it is windy and is a little bit of a drive to Lahaina and other shops. Otherwise, overall experience was fantastic.
Beautiful and Secluded
Beautiful property. We splurged on the Club Level and it was worth it. Several nights we were able to forgo dinner at a restaurant by ""sampling"" the ample spread of hors d'oeuvres offered in the Club. The Fitness Center had plenty of equipment - treadmills, stationery bikes, etc. The resort offered a pamphlet of walking trails if you were so inclined as well. We ate dinner at the Banyan Tree Restaurant (located on site) and it was delicious.
