I was so happy to be at the resort, I couldn't tear myself away to see the many natural wonders the Big Island has to offer. No one does it like the Four Seasons! The service was incredible. We arrived to fresh juice, pineapple slices and cold towels while they checked us in. When we layed out by the pool or beach, we were offered cold water and towels, fruit, sunglass cleaning and Evian spritzes. With their turn down service, they offer 3 different choices for aromatherapy. I felt like a queen! The service was great and the atmosphere around the resort is very relaxed and casual. It's a perfect place to unwind and enjoy beautiful surroundings.
